Dear Mr Mantle,

For the past two weeks I have been able to hear so much better than for years and have been enjoying the bird song again.

On the afternoon of your visit I wore just one hearing aid, as you suggested, for the meeting and found it so much easier to chair a meeting when I could hear what the other members were saying!

I soon got used to wearing both aids and feeling comfortable with them.
I only wish I had come to you earlier. It is also a comfort to know that if I have any problems I only have to telephone you and you will help.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for everything you did to make my hearing clearer. You are extremely professional, caring and such a nice person that I enjoyed coming to see you rather than dreaded it which has happened with other audio appointments in the past.

Since wearing my hearing aids my quality of life has improved immensely and it has given me a new confidence. I am hearing things in my daily life now that I would have struggled to hear in the past and I am so very grateful. I think the best thing was on my wedding day as I was able to hear everything brilliantly and it really was the most perfect day. It helped that the children were good too! They were wonderful holding hands down the isle and they behaved fantastically all day. I was very proud of them.

I would also like to say a huge thank you to Steve who initially put my mind at rest and was always so kind and friendly (and I dare say good fun!). But I would also like to thank Jackie and Janice for always being on the end of the phone and making such an effort to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. You operate such a professional and caring business that I shall certainly be recommending you to everyone I can.
