I attended the St Ives clinic. Rang that morning spoke to a friendly lady that told me I could just walk in on a Tuesday morning and be seen without an appointment, so I headed over.
I saw Charlotte that talked me through the procedure and reassured me. Wow what an amazing feeling to be able to hear again, the best £80 I have spent! Thank you so much.

Came in on 11 April for a routine check of my hearing aids. Seen by Charlotte who was new to me. Very pleased to say that her professionalism and pleasant manner were well up to the very high standard I have come to expect from Clearer Hearing over the past 8 yerars.

My appointment was with Natasha. I arrived early to a very friendly welcome. The consulting room was very clean and tidy. Natasha, is very professional and I loved her approach in making me feel at ease as we talked about the issues I’ve had with my hearing. I’ve had microsuction before and I am pleased the procedure was carried out in a careful way. Natasha made me feel calm, easy to talk to and she certainly has the skills to make the visit enjoyable. I am delighted to have made the decision to use Clearerhearing, so much so I’ve come back home and decided to book another appointment, again with Natasha. I have also booked an appointment to have a hearing test. Really can’t see me going anywhere else now. Thank you Natasha.

I honestly feel like these hearing aids have changed my life, at 28 years old it was a lot for me to go for a test as I was so worried. However, from the get-go Clearer Hearing St Ives made me feel so comfortable and have supported me throughout the process, now I go about life with so much more confidence with my new slick hearing aids. I attended the St Ives branch today to have some stubborn ear wax removed that was affecting my hearing. Jackie and Charlotte could not have been more friendly, helpful and were so nice. Charlotte removed the wax via microsuction quickly, efficiently and pain free. As a drummer, Jackie and Charlotte also provided helpful advice on some ear protection. A great service all round and i would not hesitate to recommend Clearer Hearing to anyone who may benefit from their services.

Just popped in to see if they were able to help , came out 15 minutes later , all sorted.

It’s a little over a week since I underwent an ear wax removal procedure. No adverse effects at all – and indeed really positive results that were immediate. From initial phone conversation through booking and the procedure itself (at St Ives), the interactions were caring, friendly, efficient and informative. A very professional service and painless effective procedure. Thank you!

After a two day period with one hearing aid not functioning correctly . I was offered an emergency appointment where both hearings where given a service and the problem corrected. Yet again an excellent service from Jackie and Steve at Clearer Hearing can’t recommend them enough.

Yesterday was my appraisal appointment 3 weeks after collecting my new Signia Styletto X hearing aids.
The aids are light and the sound so very clear. This is the most realistic sound I have experienced in 15 years of hearing aid use.
I cannot thank Jackie and AJ enough for their kind, relaxed and professional dealings with me.
Yesterday my (minor) queries were addressed by AJ efficiently and with a smile

I had been struggling to hear certain sounds for a good period of time so i finally decided to visit the team at Clearer Hearing. The hearing test confirmed that i needed hearing aids to help clarify certain sounds and all the team were very helpful and professional in fitting aids and giving advice on getting the best results. My only regret is that i should have visited Clearer Hearing earlier.

First class service new hearing aids and follow up very good, had NHS before.

My poor mum (91) had to endure repeated visits to the local Doctor’s surgery in an attempt to unblock her fully wax filled ear. This proved useless and fraught with hazard it seemed.
Then we discovered Clearer Hearing in St.Ives!
As a loving son it was almost tears of relief when these professional (and charming) people took care of the blockage quickly, efficiently and above all painlessly!
These people have the equipment, the training and the professional conduct that does not suffer hindrance by NHS policy.

Friendly, quick and efficient. My surgery couldn’t fit me in for three weeks and not being able to hear in one ear was making me miserable and unsociable. I rang Clearer Hearing at 9, was seen at 10:30 and left, with two completely clear ears, at 10:45. Steve and Jackie are professional but easy to talk to and the process was entirely devoid of discomfort; I almost hope my ears block again so that I can go back! If poor hearing is getting you down, this will be the best money you’ve ever spent.

I really appreciate the support from Clearer Hearing in St Ives over the four years since Steve fitted me with my Resound Lynx aids. They were expensive, but I decided to “bite the bullet” because they worked so well – and I would not be without them now. I wish I’d found them five years earlier, as I tried out two different systems before then which did not help. I would certainly have found coping with my work environment and meetings much easier (I had many high-level committee meetings to deal with before I retired, which were particularly difficult).

I would like to write a few words to say how grateful I am for the way you all looked after me when I had my hearing aids. It made my life a lot better as I did not realise how much I’ve been missing. I would like to thank you for the service you gave me, you looked after me so well, nothing was too much bother and I would recommend you to anyone.
